By registring with the VCL POST program I/We acknowledge and accept the Terms & Condition applicable and available on the site. I/We also agree to pay the oil testing charges Rs.2000 per sample for basic test and Rs.3000 per sample for Advance Tests as per the agreed payment terms.
     


Terms & Conditions:

  • Valvoline Cummins Ltd. (VCL) reserves the right to test or not to test a particular sample on the basis of its overall company policy.
  • VCL reserves the right to discontinue / relocate any of its testing labs.

  • VCL reserves the right to alter/discontinue any of the oil testing parameters.

  • VCL is not responsible for any kind of leakage or damages or non-receipt/misplacement of samples in transit send by the customer to its labs.

    •
  • VCL is not liable to test the sample if the Unique ID No. is absent or incorrectly mentioned on the POST bottle.

  • VCL is not liable to test the samples and provide report if the sample is sent to any other place other than the designated adress provided to the customer by the website.

  • VCL is not liable to test the POST samples of a customer if the customer fails to follow the payment terms and conditions mutually agreed upon.
